فَلَمَّا أَحَسُّوا بَأْسَنَا إِذَا هُم مِّنْهَا يَرْكُضُونَ

“And when they perceived Our punishment, at once they fled from it.”

ارْكُضْ بِرِجْلِكَ هَٰذَا مُغْتَسَلٌ بَارِدٌ وَشَرَابٌ

“Strike the ground with your foot; here is a cool bath and drink.”
