وَإِن كُنتُمْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ وَلَمْ تَجِدُوا كَاتِبًا فَرِهَانٌ مَّقْبُوضَةٌ“And if you are on a journey and cannot find a scribe, then a security deposit taken (in hand).”
