أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَسَالَتْ أَوْدِيَةٌ بِقَدَرِهَا فَاحْتَمَلَ السَّيْلُ زَبَدًا رَّابِيًا

“He sends down rain from the sky, and valleys flow according to their capacity, and the torrent carries a rising foam.”
