فَسِيحُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللَّهِ

“So travel freely, [O disbelievers], throughout the land for four months, but know that you cannot cause failure to Allah.”
