إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا فِيٓ أَعۡنَٰقِهِمۡ أَغۡلَٰلٗا فَهِيَ إِلَى ٱلۡأَذۡقَانِ فَهُم مُّقۡمَحُونَ

“Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft”
